Terms of Service

By accessing or using ManagerNest ("the Platform", "we", "us") at managernest.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all tools and services offered through managernest.com, including but not limited to SPL token creation, NFT minting, token swap, multi-send airdrop, burn tool, metadata editor, and Raydium pool creation.

ManagerNest is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, store, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets at any time.

Every transaction is constructed locally and signed in your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or another compatible Solana wallet). We never take custody of your funds. Loss of access to your wallet or private key means permanent loss of your assets — ManagerNest cannot recover them.

ManagerNest charges platform fees for certain operations. Fees are denominated in SOL and displayed clearly before each transaction. Current fees include:

• SPL Token Creation: 0.1 SOL
• NFT Minting: 0.5 SOL
• NFT Collection (up to 100 NFTs): 0.3 SOL
• Multi-Send Airdrop: 0.05 SOL
• Token Burn: 0.02 SOL
• Metadata Editor: 0.05 SOL
• Pool Creation: 0.15 SOL
• Token Swap: 0.5% of swap amount

Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is signed and submitted to the Solana network. Network fees (paid to Solana validators) are separate from platform fees and are not refundable under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to adjust fee amounts at any time. Changes will be reflected on the Platform before any user is asked to sign a transaction at the new rate.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction to use ManagerNest.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Create tokens or NFTs intended to defraud, mislead, or impersonate other projects or individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or pump-and-dump schemes
• Distribute malicious software or conduct phishing attacks
• Circumvent any technical limitations of the Platform

Nothing on ManagerNest constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token, minting an NFT, or swapping tokens does not guarantee any financial return. Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make using the Platform. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor if needed.

ManagerNest integrates third-party services including:

• Jupiter Aggregator — for token swap routing
• Metaplex — for NFT minting standards
• Arweave — for permanent NFT artwork storage
• Raydium — for AMM pool creation
• Solana RPC providers — for blockchain data

We are not responsible for the actions, downtime, or policies of these third-party services. Their own terms of service apply when you interact with them through our Platform.

All transactions submitted to the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Once a token is created, tokens burned, or a swap executed, the action cannot be undone by ManagerNest or any party. You are fully responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee that any token or NFT created through the Platform will have any market value.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManagerNest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total platform fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The ManagerNest platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of ManagerNest. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

You retain all intellectual property rights in artwork and content you upload through the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it solely for the purpose of minting your NFT.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
