Privacy Policy

ManagerNest is built on a simple principle: collect as little data as possible to make the platform work. We do not require registration, email, or identity verification. We never sell your data to third parties.

Because we are a non-custodial platform, we never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Your blockchain activity is public by nature on Solana, but that data is on-chain and not held by us.

Data you provide voluntarily:

• Token name, symbol, supply, and description when creating an SPL token
• Logo images you upload for tokens or NFTs
• NFT metadata including name, description, traits, and artwork
• Social links (website, Twitter, Telegram, Discord) you optionally provide

Data collected automatically:

• Your wallet address (public key) when you sign a transaction — this is public on the Solana blockchain
• IP addresses in server logs (retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention)
• Browser type and page visit timestamps (via standard web server logs)

Data we do not collect:

• Private keys or seed phrases — ever
• Email addresses (unless you contact us)
• Government identification
• Payment card information (fees are paid in SOL via your wallet)

We use collected data solely to:

• Process your token creation, NFT minting, and other on-chain requests
• Upload your logo and artwork to Arweave for permanent storage
• Monitor platform health, detect abuse, and prevent fraud
• Improve the Platform based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or resale to third parties.

All transactions you sign and submit through ManagerNest are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public ledger. This includes:

• Your wallet address
• Token mint addresses and parameters
• NFT mint addresses and on-chain metadata
• Transaction signatures and timestamps

Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your on-chain activity is publicly visible and immutable.

We integrate with external services to provide core platform functionality:

• Arweave — stores NFT artwork and metadata permanently. Arweave's own privacy policy governs uploaded content.
• Jupiter Aggregator — routes token swaps. Jupiter processes your wallet address and trade data for routing purposes.
• Metaplex — on-chain program for NFT minting. Metaplex is a smart contract; no external data transfer occurs.
• Solana RPC providers — handle blockchain queries. These providers may log wallet addresses in their own systems.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services, as their data handling is outside our control.

ManagerNest uses minimal browser cookies necessary for wallet session management. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

If we use analytics (such as aggregate page view counting), it is done without tracking individual users. We do not use Google Analytics or similar invasive tracking services.

Server access logs (IP addresses, timestamps) are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Artwork and metadata uploaded for token or NFT creation may be stored in our systems temporarily before being transferred to Arweave. Once on Arweave, that data is beyond our control to delete.

On-chain blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Request deletion of off-chain data we hold about you (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to processing of your data

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all platform traffic. However, no system is perfectly secure. We recommend using a hardware wallet for significant holdings and never sharing your seed phrase with anyone.

ManagerNest is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, contact us and we will take appropriate action on any off-chain data.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
