NO REFUNDS POLICY
All transactions on ManagerNest are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before using the Service.
1. Why No Refunds?
ManagerNest operates on blockchain technology, which has the following characteristics:
1.1 Blockchain Immutability
Once a transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain:
- It is permanently recorded and cannot be reversed
- The token is created instantly and exists on-chain
- Network fees are consumed immediately and paid to validators
- Smart contracts execute automatically without intermediaries
1.2 Instant Service Delivery
When you create a token or liquidity pool:
- The service is delivered immediately upon transaction confirmation
- You receive full access to your created token instantly
- The token becomes publicly tradeable on the blockchain
- There is no way to "undo" or "recall" the creation
1.3 Third-Party Costs
Our fees include costs paid to third parties:
- Solana Network: Transaction fees (~0.003 SOL per token)
- Raydium Protocol: Pool creation fees (~0.4 SOL)
- Validator Rewards: Network processing fees
These fees are paid directly to the blockchain and cannot be recovered or refunded.
2. No Refunds - All Situations
Refunds are NOT available for any reason, including but not limited to:
2.1 User Error
- Incorrect token name, symbol, or supply entered
- Typos or mistakes in token metadata
- Wrong wallet address used
- Accidental duplicate token creation
- Misunderstanding of token parameters
2.2 Change of Mind
- No longer wanting the token
- Deciding not to proceed with project
- Preferring different token parameters
- Finding alternative services
2.3 Market Conditions
- Token price decreasing after creation
- Lack of trading volume or liquidity
- Market volatility or crashes
- Changes in cryptocurrency regulations
- Unfavorable market sentiment
2.4 Technical Issues
- Slow transaction confirmation times
- Network congestion or delays
- Wallet connection problems
- Browser or device compatibility issues
- Third-party service outages (Phantom, Solana RPC, etc.)
Note: If a transaction fails and is not confirmed on-chain, you will NOT be charged. Only confirmed transactions are non-refundable.
2.5 Project Outcomes
- Token not gaining popularity or users
- Difficulty marketing or promoting token
- Project not generating expected revenue
- Community not engaging with token
- Token not being listed on exchanges
3. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails before blockchain confirmation:
- You will NOT be charged our service fee
- Network fees may still be consumed (paid to Solana validators, not us)
- You can retry the transaction
- No refund is necessary as you were not charged
4. Verification Before Transaction
To prevent errors, we provide:
- Preview screens showing all token details before confirmation
- Transaction summaries displaying exact costs
- Confirmation dialogs requiring explicit approval
- Wallet popups showing transaction details for final review
It is your responsibility to carefully review all information before confirming any transaction.
5. Service Quality Commitment
While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to:
- Providing accurate and reliable service
- Clear communication of costs and processes
- Technical support for service issues
- Continuous improvement of the platform
- Transparency in all operations
6. What We ARE Responsible For
We will take responsibility if:
- Our service charges you but does NOT deliver the service (verified by blockchain records)
- A clear technical error on our platform results in incorrect token creation (must be proven)
- We fail to execute a confirmed and paid transaction
In these rare cases, contact us immediately with:
- Transaction signature/hash
- Wallet address used
- Timestamp and details of the issue
- Screenshot evidence
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Because transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency (SOL):
- Traditional payment chargebacks are not possible
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design
- No third-party payment processor can reverse blockchain transactions
- Disputes must be resolved directly with ManagerNest
8. Acknowledgment
By using ManagerNest, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy
- You accept that all transactions are final and non-refundable
- You understand the nature of blockchain technology and its irreversibility
- You will carefully verify all details before confirming transactions
- You accept full responsibility for tokens you create
- You waive any right to refunds, chargebacks, or transaction reversals
9. Consumer Rights
Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived. If you are in such a jurisdiction:
- Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy
- You may have additional protections under local law
- Contact your local consumer protection authority for guidance
However: The technical limitations of blockchain technology mean that even with consumer rights, reversing confirmed transactions is not technically possible.
10. Questions or Concerns
If you have questions about this Refund Policy or encounter issues with the Service, contact us through our website BEFORE initiating any transaction.
FINAL WARNING
Once you click "Confirm" in your wallet and the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it CANNOT be undone. There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Only proceed if you are absolutely certain.
